T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co. (“T.W.
Phillips”) sells natural gas to over 60,000 customers in western Pennsylvania
and has been in business since 1896.
Our main office is located at 205 North Main Street in Butler with regular
business hours of
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Office visits are by appointment only. Our Customer Service Office answers
calls from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. |
Important Payment Information
We strive to make your experience better by making enhancements to how
you pay your bill.
As a result we will be making some changes soon.
First – our headquarters (205 North Main Street)
building payment drop-off slot in Butler
will close on Monday, November 10, 2008.
Our
current bank branch
pay in person locations will stay open.
People who previously paid at the headquarters building can pay at the NexTier Bank
at Morgan Center One (101 E. Diamond Street, Butler), just a few blocks south of
our headquarters.
This will enable you to get a receipt for your payment
and ensure timely posting to your account.
Second – In November,
the lockbox address printed on your bill will change
to P. O. Box 37745, Philadelphia, PA
19101-5045, where efficient high-speed machines
will process your payment.
Third – during the spring of 2009, you will have many new payment options
including the ability to pay on-line at our website (www.twphillips.com), by credit or debit card or via
an automated phone system 24 hours a day.
We will update you with all of the exciting details
as these enhanced payment options become available.
You can also continue to enroll in Gas Check and have your monthly payment automatically
withdrawn from your checking
