Pennsylvania law now allows consumers to purchase natural gas from the supplier of their choice.  Local natural gas distrubution companies ("NGDCs"), such as T. W. Phillips, are responsible for delivering natural gas to the consumers' residence.  Unfortunately, there are currently no natural gas suppliers who are willing to competitively offer natural gas supplies to our customers because of the low-cost natural gas supplies currently provided by T. W. Phillips as part of its retail gas service.
