A free service that automatically withdraws funds from your bank account and pays your T.W. Phillips bill and other selected bills by electronic funds transfer. Once you sign up for GasCheck, you’ll never have to write checks for your gas bills again. T.W. Phillips will continue to send you a bill each month to tell you what your monthly bill is and when the funds will be withdrawn from your account.
