Phillips”) sells natural gas to over 60,000 customers in western Pennsylvania
and has been in business since 1896.
Our main office is located at 205 North Main Street in Butler with regular
business hours of
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Office visits are by appointment only. Our Customer Service Office answers
calls from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. |

In the event of a natural gas or carbon monoxide emergency:
- Leave your home immediately
- Call T. W. Phillips toll-free emergency number 1-800-222-5101 from a safe
distance. Service personnel will be dispatched to your home immediately
- Do not re-enter the home until the T. W. Phillips' service person has made
the property safe
- For Emergency Gas Leaks call 724-287-2751 or 1-800-222-5101
- The emergency line answers 24 hours a day throughout the year

On-Line Bill Payment is now available to you - Payment Center
This service is
free - You will need
the Account Number and Service ID number from the top left corner of your bill along
with your bank routing and account numbers.
Important Notice: Our
GasCheck program automatically debits your checking or savings account each month
on the due date shown on the bill. If you are enrolled in GasCheck, you cannot
change the payment date or amount to be paid through the on-line Payment Center's
"Recurring Payments" option. If you need to make a one-time change in the
amount to be paid by GasCheck, please call our Customer Service Representatives
at 800-222-5101.
Automated phone payments via direct check are now available to you at any
time of the day or night at 1-866-251-0530. This service
is free. You will need the Account number and Service ID number from the top
left corner of your bill along with your bank routing and account numbers.
