Company Policy on unsolicited resumes
and applications for employment
It is the policy of T. W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co., that no resumes or applications
for employment shall be accepted, except during periods of time when the Company
is actively recruiting or seeking to fill a particular job opening or openings,
and only if the applications or resumes are submitted in response to a notice of
said openings(s).
Any unsolicited resumes, applications for employment or similar communications that
are delivered to the Company, by any means, shall be promptly discarded and not
be considered by the Company in filling any subsequent job openings(s). |
